Refund Policy

How approved product, delivery, payment and membership refunds are assessed and returned in USD.

Material and fulfilment boundary

We sell physical solid-wood home pieces only. Natural grain varies; food-contact pieces require hand care; stick-on and freestanding pieces are not structural fixtures.

When a refund is available

A refund may follow an approved return, cancellation before dispatch, non-delivery confirmed by the carrier, a verified fault, material damage in transit, an incorrect item or a duplicate charge. Natural grain, colour variation, knots and small checks are not faults unless they exceed the description or impair ordinary use.

How to request one

Email support@glenavonjoineryy.shop with the order email, item name, reason and clear photographs where damage or incorrect goods are involved. Report visible transit damage within 48 hours where practical, without limiting statutory rights.

Review and payment timing

We normally assess a complete request within five business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after return inspection or other verification. The payment provider and bank may take a further 5–10 business days to display funds.

Refund amounts

For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, we refund the applicable product price and reasonable standard return cost. For change-of-mind returns, original expedited charges and destination duties are not refundable, and return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Membership charges

Cancelling membership prevents future renewal; it does not automatically refund the current period. Contact us promptly about duplicate or erroneous renewal. A Studio quarterly physical piece already dispatched is not refunded solely because membership is cancelled.

Payment disputes

Contact us first so we can investigate. This does not restrict a lawful card or payment-provider dispute. We provide the processor with order, delivery and correspondence records necessary to answer a dispute.
